An original sixties concert programme for the Country Joe & The Fish and Fleetwood Mac performances at the Fillmore East, New York. Fleetwood Mac were the opening act. The groups performed on the 6th and 7th December 1968.Provenance: the item initially comes from the collection of Jacaeber Kastor the previous owner of Psychedelic Solution Gallery in New York’s West Village. Kastor was believed to have a complete collection of Fillmore East programmes and other concert items. After the closure of Kastor’s gallery in 2004 the item was brokered by Erik King to the private art collection of Jim Pallotta.The programme measures 14.2cm x 21.7cm (5.59 inches x 8.5 inches). There is a 4cm (1.57 inch) tear at the top of the spine. The condition is very good.
