The contract is signed on the last page by Tori Amos and engineer Marcel Van Limbeek, dated 28th August 1966.The contract has three stapled pages and measures 21.6cm x 28cm (8.5 inches x 11inches). There are some staple holes and marks on the top corner, and light wear on the edges. The condition is very good.
