Description Description Alfa AOA-2458-xx omni range is a high quality dual band gain outdoor WiFi antenna with optional heavy-duty marine / outdoor mounting bracket and an N-Male or N-Female connector. This antenna works in the 2.4-2.5GHz and 5.1GHz to 5.8GHz frequency bands and is omni-directional. This unit has weather proof fiberglass casing, making it ideal boat or RV use. The package comes with waterproof sealing tape. Special (Optional) heavy-duty mounting bracket: The N(Female) long connector antenna features an O-ring mounting bracket that is adjustable to fit various size poles or PVC pipes. Unlike low-cost zip tie brackets, the mount will withstand heavy winds and is easily removable when it needs to be relocated. We recommend using the included waterproof tape around the connector area to seal it from any moisture ingress. The regular N-female connector option will connect directly to a variety of outdoor WiFi product e.g. Alfa’s own Tube-U series, the Ubiquiti Bullet series, and the Mikrotik Groove.
