Description HD Conversion Kit for M600/M601 If you already own a RogueFab M600HD, M600XHD, M605, or M625, you already have this upgrade. This kit is only needed to convert a standard M600 or M601 into the HD version. Compatibility Harbor Freight air/hydraulic cylinder PN 56215 Northern Tool cylinder #46200 Works only with air/hydraulic applications (not compatible or required with electric/hydraulic machines) What it doesThis kit strengthens pin support so your bender can handle heavy-duty materials such as 1.75 x .250 DOM tubing or solid hot-rolled round bar. It also increases machine travel, allowing up to 94 degrees of bending in a single ram cycle (enough to achieve a true 90 after spring-back without re-pinning). Important requirements An additional pressure die is required for HD bending (sold separately). One die is needed for each tube size you want, rated at HD capacity. When to use this kit Required for any material listed as needing HD in our master wall thickness chart. Using your machine without this kit on those materials will cause pin damage, which is not covered under warranty. Also beneficial if you want longer ram travel (adds 1.25 inches). When not to use this kit If you only bend up to .120 wall DOM 1.75″ OD and smaller, and are satisfied with the current ram travel. If you’re purchasing an M605 or M625, these already include the HD setup. Additional notes Must be removed temporarily if using the discontinued Thin Wall Attachment (TWA). This is no longer sold, see the updated Thin Wall Roller which CAN be used with the HD sleeve. Also compatible with the older Harbor Freight ram PN 94562.
